Hi, I'm having a similar issue. I'm on a gigabit LAN, win7 x64 clients, and syncing a directory containing mostly jpegs (about 5MB each). Syncing is quite slow - about 1-2MB/s max. I tried a movie file with 1GB, and that went up to 25MB/s, but that is still slow considering a direct file copy does >100MB/s. If I copy the jpeg files using explorer, I get >50MB/s, even for several GB. I have disabled LAN encryption and enabled TCP to increase speed, to no avail...
