I use TrueCrypt to create an encrypted container on a USB flash drive. Within this I have various apps from portableapps.com and all my work related files, and a few personal ones I like to have with me.

BTSync keeps my flash drives (regular + backup) synced with my home desktop and my personal laptop.

I've created a Synced folder on computer A, then created folders on computers B and C, that use the secret provided by computer A. All three computers have synced successfully.

What happens if computer A goes offline? Do computers B and C continue to sync with each other? Or does the original Synced folder on computer A have to be online for B and C to send/receive files?

I'm trying to keep files on multiple computers (and flash drives) synchronized, but none of the machines are online 24/7.
