  1. The BTSync on my 1520 running the W10TP was able to connect and establish a paired folder as a "backup" for my phone's photos. However, something happened and the folder stopped syncing. Then the BTSync agent on my phone sent a command to my main PC to remove/delete all my files -- I immediately uninstalled the app from my phone. I have not added Sync back onto my phone since. I will not add it back until I can understand what happened and why. Count yourself lucky that yours isn't "working."
  2. Is it possible to have these two programs which utilize the same system resources to better work with one another? I don't mean for them to be interchangeable, but more like allow them to interface with each other and set upload, download priorities, etc. I'm sure many users would find this type of feature useful.
  3. I really was hoping that one of 2.0 main features would be to use it as a Service under Microsoft Windows. I know the work arounds that exist for Sync 1.x will (should) also work for 2.0, but I was hoping for this ability to be baked into the 2.0 software. Is this in the works? Or do I need to get a SAN to have access to a similar always on feature?
  4. I'm hoping to use BitTorrent Sync to backup full resolution photos from my Lumia 1020 -- 5mp images are great, but not as a backup. I've been using BTSync for the past year(?) to shift my Media Center recorded television between locations. Very cool to have full HDTV follow me when I travel.
  5. I am using the BitTorrent Sync service for a couple uses 1. My Mother who is 2000 miles away and I are scanning in boxes and boxes of family photos and slides. Together we are using Sync to keep each others folders up to date - both for the photos and all the metadata we keep updating with gps location tags and people tags. 2. I am also using Sync to keep my Media Center television recordings in sync between my apartment by work and my home. record once, delete once - sweet!
