  1. Hi, no, the problem was something else: I tried everyting, delteing caches, Reinstalling BTSync, nothing worked, except: I removed the Folder I wanted to sync everywhere, then I changed the secret, and then reindexed and synced everything again (took me 30 seconds). Now one honest question: Do YOU store the the folder contents on your servers? The Problem was: I had some files with some special carachters (because I imported some files from a 850 charset through ANSI to ISO8859 up to linux UTF-8 coding, very weird!), and they could not be synced (Linux <-> Windows) for obvious reasons. I saw that, and renamed the files under Linux, and they have been synced correctly, But ... For some reasons (I saw that on the BTSync Mobile App) the old filenames were still in the cache, and I deleted all caches and removed the folders in all BTSync clients, but these files were still there, and they were not listed on my PCs anymore, but they still existed in some cache seomwhere. So, now, please guys: Do YOU store a copy of the folder index somewhere???!!! Changing the Secret (by one bit!!!) solved the issue. Guys, really honestly: Do you cache my directory index somewhere???
  2. I have a big issue with the Windows Client: I seems like it is not "seeing" all the files in the folder. There should be 20 files, but the client tells me, it sees 10 files only. I already checked permissions and re-installed the client, and removed, and added the folder -> same outcome. I even tried to start the client as a user and as an administrator, but nothing changed. Does anyone have a similar issue?
  3. I have the following Problem: (Only the new version on all server 1.1.48) I have the SyncApp on my phone, and I have two BTSync Server (one at work, and one at home). The work one is a Windows one and configured to only "Search LAN", and my mobile phone connects and syncs perfectly. The home one is a Linux one and configured to only "Search LAN" too, But this time my phone cannot connect to the Linux server. If I "Use tracker server" it works. If I set a predefined host (The internal IP of my phone), it works too. The phone just does not find the server in the LAN. My Home LAN IP configuration is 192.168.1.0/255, so I don't see a reason why this shouldn't work. Can someone else please verify that the Linux btsync server can or cannot sync via LAN? (Important: It seems to work the first time, but if you then disconnect and wait for a day, or just closing both applications and opening them might do the same trick, these two cannot find each other anymore...) Thanks.
