On a headless XP SP3 system that's on 24/7, running BTSync 1.1.48.
I've had two instances where free disk space on C: has hit 0 - in both cases it was the sync.log file in %APPDATA%\BitTorrent Sync being over 16GB in size.
I think you need an option to limit the size or disable it completely.
Addendum: After deleting it, in the space of 3 days it's back up to 11.8GB.
