i have a white screen from today, without doing anything, it was working yesterday on 1.4.75 (Maybe after a win7 update ?)...
I tried to uninstall, then reinstall (1.4.83), turn off and restart computer...
On 1.4.83 win7, ie up to date

i deleted defaults settings in streamlist file, nom syncing is ok.

thank you, you are right, i needed to supps defaults settings in streamlist files.
In fact i didn't understand the role of streamlist file, because by defaut it allow to sync com.apple.etc files.
It's seems that streamlist have priority over ignorelist, cause i had lot of com.apple files thats didn't sync.
Now i delete all lines in streamlist, and it seems that everything's going well, between all macs and PCs !
What i don"t understand, it's why by default com.apple files are in the streamlist file ? Maybe between macs only it's ok.

ok i start to understand.
but look at the screenshot, what i have to do ? Add rules in ignore list or in strealslist ?
After updated to 1.4.xxx, i have sames rules in both files !
For the columns, for exemple i have somes names larger than the column, and i cannot change the width, when i hove the mouse over the delimiter, i can but just a little, for a couple of pixels, no more.

So how to use it with mac files ?
Rules with btsync 1.3.xxx on mac os, now they should be in ignorelist or streamlist ?
I saw in streamlist the is somes rules, with com.apple.etc, but i still have some apple files that never ending sync, but with 1.3.xxx it was working
For exemple, before i used to have thoses rules in ignore file :
com.apple.FinderInfocom.apple.metadata:_kMDItemUserTagscom.apple.metadata__kMDItemUserTags*com.apple.metadata__kMDItemUserTagscom.apple.ResourceForkcom.apple.metadata:kMDItemFinderCommentcom.apple.metadata:kMDItemStarRatingcom.apple.metadata:kMDItemOMUserTagTimecom.apple.metadata:kMDItemOMUserTagscom.apple.metadata:kMDItemOMUserTagTimecom.apple.*
Now with 1.4.xxx, i have to put this in ignorefile or streamlist ?

It was working on 1.3.xxx versions and not on this new version

I don't understand the definition :.sync/StreamsList (1.4+) = A user editable file allowing you to "white list" alternate streams, xattrs and resource forks (mainly for OSX users)
What is the differebce with Ignore file, how to use that file ?

i have lots and lots of com.apple.metadata_kMDItemUserTags & com.apple.FinderInfo files syncing.
I checked .sync/IgnoreList files, and all rules have been moved in that files, but it's seems like it doesn't work.
Rules are :

everything is ok now.
i contact support and they help me to fix it.
So they recommand to use Handle utility for Win or Process Monitor (the one i choose) to see wich files were using by some process.
there was a damage database files. so i re-added folders that didn't work, with new key.
i also add following in syncignore file, on all computer for each folders :
# Finder related filescom.apple.FinderInfocom.apple.metadata:_kMDItemUserTagscom.apple.metadata__kMDItemUserTags*com.apple.metadata__kMDItemUserTagscom.apple.ResourceForkcom.apple.metadata:kMDItemFinderCommentcom.apple.metadata:kMDItemStarRatingcom.apple.metadata:kMDItemOMUserTagTimecom.apple.metadata:kMDItemOMUserTagscom.apple.metadata:kMDItemOMUserTagTimecom.apple.*
now everything is ok !
Just one last question : can i turn log_size advanced preference to default ?

I don't think it's transfering data, maybe just "sync" indexes.
I have 5 folders to sync, 3 of them are ok. 2 of them are sync forever.
For exemple, yesterday night it was almost finished, and this mornig, after restarting computers, one is 500go (for 650go total) to sync with 80000(/90000 total) files, other 120go(/590go) to sync with 45000 files (/170000 files)
But it makes forever to sync
I noticed there were lots of com.apple.FinderInfo and com.apple.ResourceFork.
So i had theses rules in syncignore file.
com.apple.FinderInfo
com.apple.ResourceFork
*com.apple.FinderInfo
*com.apple.ResourceForkBut i can see these files sometimes.

i have some big folders to sync, more thn 500go.
When sync is complete, each time i restart computers, it resync everything and starting from 0.
It's faster than a first sync scan, but it's during hours or a couple of days.
right now i have for exemple on a folder more than 450go to sync, thats have been already sync.
Some others folders are ok, some not.
with sync on windows and mac, sync 1.3.106

Maybe it's not temps files, but it's in users/appdata/roaming/bittorent sync
I have some .db file with 20GB size !
I'd like to move it to another disk.

well, i know that !sync files are temporary btsync files, but it stays for days...
btsync never remove this file in particular, so i tried to remove this manually, it was impossible.
Finally, i remove the folder on all computers, then delete the file, and create a new sync folder and now its ok

i've deleted a file. Then, a !sync file appears on all machines, and impossible to sync this files, and i can't delete this file, it reappears all the time !
I turned of sync on all machines (3), delete this files, the restarts all computers, and still here !
i have lots of messages like this in the log file :

How can i fix it ?

I've just sent you again the same email, on the second email adress. But i didn't see your answer.
So i've delete settings.dat and setting.dat.old, and now it's working perfectly. Thank for your help.
