Thinking about it, I don't think it will work that way. If you make the clients read only then you can't send them files and if you do it the other way then all files will be deleted when you delete them from your computer

Mine will do this too, although all of the files are already synced. It also started to not sync about a thousand files and I don't know why. I don't use .syncignore

I posted this in the wish list, but indexing takes forever when you boot the computer. Can't the index be stored in a file on the hard drive or something? It's not like files on the computer change when it's off...

I think that there needs to be some way to keep files indexed when you shut down the computer. Booting with bittorrent sync takes forever! Why would this need done? Nothing changes when the computer is off

It would be nice to be able to have only one copy of bittorrent sync running on one machine and make it where you can sync to folders on a network drive. Basically make it where you don't need another copy of bittorrent sync running on the machine that contains the network storage.
