I want to establish a sync between my computer and my partner's, so we can transfer files. ME - I install BitTorrent Sync - I add a shared folder, and retrieve the auto-generated key MY PARTNER - He installs BitTorrent Sync - Then what? I'm mentally unable to conceptualize how him having my key alone will link our computers. If this was the case, wouldn't he be able to put any string of integers and access a random person's secure folder?
