Solved! After changing the settings I wait and let the app sit and now the settings stick. BTW it was an Nexus 5X on MDB08L with Sync 2.2.4 (401). Thanks for helping.

Hello, The folders I have syncing with my computer all have Selective Sync on by default on my phone, which is not what I actually want though I know what it's benefits are. And based on the forum posts, I understand that it being on by default is intended behavior. The issue is when I turn it of, the settings reverts back to on when I reboot the phone or when the app process gets killed. Is this a bug?

Hello there, I set up to have the whole internal storage folder (sdcard0) synced to my Mac. I'm trying to achieve 2 things: 1. Backup the phone in case I lose it or data gets corrupted. I want the backup to reflect exactly what is on the phone, including deletion. 2. Mimic Dropbox's Camera Upload function. (Backing up the entire storage includes the DCIM folder) However, I noticed that there is a significant delay between file creation/modification on phone and backing up to Mac. Hence my question, when and how is sync triggered on Sync for Android? I looked through a couple of topics but couldn't find the answer. I apologize if I missed it. Thanks!
