I am having exactly same problem. It occurs when I am trying to backup my iphone5. Here are the steps: On iphone: p1. tap Backup p2. Tap enable p3. email secret on computer: c1. Add folder to sync c2. enter secret from step p3 above c3. choose destination folder to sync and bam ! there you see the error
