I would like to see a setting where I can force the syncing to look at when the files were created/modified and let that be the most important factor for syncing files. I'm syncing my files between desktop, laptop and tablet. The computers are running portably on TrueCrypt discs and the tablet stores all files on an encrypted microSD. The problem is on the tablet, if it automatically starts or I start the app before finishing encryption it seems like the files are considered deleted and then re-added. So the files changed since last time on either of the computers will be replaced by the older version on the tablet, even though the date/file is older.
