  1. In Version 1.4 you had to activate "automatic sync" in the menu of the folder. In Version 2 you have to go to the details of the folder and activate "sync all". With menu I mean the 3-dot icon on the right in the main folder list.
  2. There seems to be a build in function for that. You can go to your "My devices" list, select the current device and then click/tap on "unlink this device". I did not try it myself, but this should do what you were looking for.
  3. I'm using btsync on linux so I don't know how the config file situation is on windows, but on linux there is still a config file. In that you have to / can set the WebUI settings (port, auth, ...), path for db storeage and other things. What is not possible anymore with 2.0 folders is to config the shared folders themselves inside the config file. If you set up folders inside the config file they can only be 1.4 ones and the WebUI will be disabled. That's probably what you read regarding 2.0 vs. config file.
  4. The settings dialog for folders is the same as before, so you can still disable tracker, DHT and relay.
  5. Unfortunately syncthing is much slower than btsync in my tests. Syncing my server and my Tablet over Wifi: ~10MiB/s with btsync and only ~3MiB/s with syncthing Syncing my server and my Tablet over internet: ~600KiB/s with btsync (max Bandwidth for one of the sides) and only ~350KiB/s with syncthing Syncing my server with my desktop over GBit Ethernet: ~70MiB/s with btsync (or SMB) and only ~10MiB/s with syncthing
  6. I also would really like you to reconsider the 10 folder limit. I am already syncing more than 10 folders but I'm still not using it for everything i was planning to. A bad workaround would be to use multiple instances on my server and desktops to sync more than 10 folders, but that is not possible on mobile.
  7. I think it is because the filenames are also encrypted, so the E-RO Node does not know the real filename and cannot filter.
