  1. note: My current work around is to sync via SMB to the sudirectory using a different syncing app. While this cerianly works for me, it would be nice to use Btsync for all of my file syncing needs.
  2. Not sure if this is a feature request or if I'm doing something wrong, so I'll start here. I have setup a couple of file servers and my house and a couple family members homes. The plan is to use btsync to synchronize data between the file servers at each house. This servers 2 purposes: - Easy to share files with my family. - Provides offsite/remote backups of my files. Now I've got everything setup and working fine for this. However what I would like to do now is setup up a sync from my phone to the file server in my house, and have that folder on my file server synced to the other family members file servers. On my file server I have a folder named "shared" that is synced to my other family members file servers(this is working fine). However, for my phone I setup a backup share on my android phone, emailed myself the secret, and then created a new share on my file server. I attempted to sync my phone to a folder within the "shared" directory, so that when my phone backs itself up to my file server, my pictures from my phone automatically get synced to the other remote file servers. Unfortunately every time I do this I get the following error: "You don't have enough permissions to share part of a read-only folder. Please choose another folder." Now, I could create a directory outside of "shared" and sync my phone to that, and also setup a share on my family members file servers outside of "shared" as well. However, I would like to avoid setting up multiple shares on each file server if I don't have to(my wife would like to do this, and my other family members also want to do this, and this would add up to a lot of shared folders to setup very quickly). Is it possible to sync my phone to a subdirectory of an existing btsync shared directory?
