  1. Thanks, I will have a look at Kolab as well. If one is happy using Windows PC, then marrying a smartphone with Outlook always is an option, using www.companionlink.com which is a paid app that supports Android, Blackberry, Apple and WindowsPhone devices. But then I must ditch my beloved Linux!
