Due to btsync encrypt files locally, I think decrypting files isn't so hard... How much reliable is it?

Currently you can't do that with native API. You have to code yourself in some way.

Definitely those topics are discussing about redistribution, but not about licensing. Is Btsync license under Bittorent's? (http://www.bittorrent.com/legal/terms-of-use) If so, It seems Btsync also prohibit the use of commercial purpose. Currently I can get download/upload speed at large by http://[address]:[port]/api?method=get_speed. But how can i get a single one for each folders?
