So no one? knows how to resolve this?

I am also having this issue with Blank Sync Screens. I Run Windows 8.1 and i have IE11 installed. previous v1.4 was working it was after an auto update that gave me the blank screen. i am trying to avoid having to reinstall it. Cheers
