    "Shame" is the best word to describe what I'm feeling now. I completely forgot that devices from Samsung have this button on the device body. Everything is normal again. Thank you for your help.

    ... because the button to access the settings don't appear in my Samsung Galaxy Tab 3. It have the Android 4.1 and the button simply don't appear. The name "Sync" appears, the button to add folders is appearing too, but the button to access the configurations is not there. And, in my Motorola Moto E is everytihng OK... Can anyone help me with this?
