Thanks Helen its not that every torrent is 0 of something its specific torrents what if someone was downloading something and turn off its computer in half will it be consider as peer when he/she is offline??

I want to seed a torrent but most of the time it is like 0 of 21 or 0 of something I just want to know what it means??
