  1. Just a follow-up. Support told me that my database for identity folder (.SyncUser####, where identity details are stored) was corrupt on PC's side. To fix that in Sync on PC in My devices, I had to select this device -> Unlink. After that re-link to NAS again and voilà! Support was very efficient and quick, thanks!
  2. Yes, they've all been linked and used to see each other. I just double-checked, the name and fingerprint in "my devices" is the same.
  3. Hello, I have a problem on one of my Sync clients: It won't see other devices in "my devices" screen, and other devices don't display this client either. Worse, any added folder from other clients won't show, and any added folder in this client won't appear on others. Manually adding folder via key works. Apart from this, syncronization works well in this client as in others, for existing shared folders. This client is under windows 10 up to date, firewall has been disabled to try troubleshooting to no avail. Other clients don't have this problem between them. i've tried waiting for >24h but time didn't solve the problem. My sync runs on several platforms (Windows 10, Windows server 2010, Synology, Android). All versions are latest 2.5.x except on my NAS running DSM 5.2, for which only 2.4.4 is available. Any help appreciated, thanks in advance.
  4. I'm having exact same problem here. Unfortunately I saw your post 3 minutes after installing 2.0.93 >.< °° Update After waiting for a while, I restarted my Syno. I did it through DSM interface and it warned me that some installation was going but I forced it. After (long!) reboot, the package manager said version 2.0.93 was installed but web interface was not working. I had to manually start the package and now everything seems fine.
  5. Thank you Richard for the update and the link. I just installed it over my previous version (2.0.81-1) on my DS415+ (DSM 5.1-5022 Update 3) and the download that was stuck started on the NAS. Great job! Florian
  6. Yay, thx for the fix! Is it possible to create 1.4 folders using 2.0? And to convert them to 2.0 later? Thank you for the help, Florian PS PS if it's relevant, here's the glibc info on my DS415+ (DSM 5.1-5022 Update 3) GNU C Library stable release version 2.13, by Roland McGrath et al.Copyright (C) 2011 Free Software Foundation, Inc.This is free software; see the source for copying conditions. There is NO warranty; not even for MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR APARTICULAR PURPOSE.Compiled by GNU CC version 4.6.3.Compiled on a Linux 3.6.3 system on 2012-12-03.Available extensions: crypt add-on version 2.1 by Michael Glad and others Native POSIX Threads Library by Ulrich Drepper et al BIND-8.2.3-T5Blibc ABIs: UNIQUE IFUNCFor bug reporting instructions, please see:<http://www.gnu.org/software/libc/bugs.html>.
  7. I'm having similar problem. Setup: Sync 2.0.85 on my PC, Sync 2.0.81 from getsync on Synology DS415+ NAS, Sync 20.064.0 on my Android HTC. Folders added from PC won't sync on NAS (only the .sync folder is created). They snyc fine on phone if I ask so. Folders added from phone (at least DCIM backup) are in 1.4 format and sync fine on both NAS and PC. Is this issue due to a bug, or a manipulation problem on my side (permissions or dunno what) ?? Any help welcome! Thanks, Florian
