As mentioned in this thread selective syncing isn't available on Linux: http://forum.bittorrent.com/topic/36243-how-to-disable-sync-all-aka-enable-selective-sync/ In my opinion selective sync is one of the killer features of btsync. Getting this on Linux would be great. Keep up the great work.
