  1. Don't seem to be able to edit my post. Found the disconnect option; I thought the slider would do that. I just have to wait until I'm connected to wifi again to see if it works. Thanks.
  2. I just tried disconnecting and relinking then doing the following without enabling 'camera backup'. I tried to create a sync folder on the desktop then sync to the phone; when I try to select the folder DCIM it says the selected folder is already added, referring to the camera backup function I'd imagine. If you have any other ideas, please share.
  3. I think the program has changed, I'll have to search through the change log to try and figure out when; I will install the old version of the app for the features I need. The change log for the app is proving difficult to locate, if you happen to know when the change occurred please let me know.
  4. I had sync working on the phone it would backup all pictures to a desktop, on the desktop I would move the pictures to the proper folder in the archive and the pictures would be automatically removed from the phone. I got a replacement phone and installed the latest version of sync, now when I move the pictures from the sync'd folder they remain on the phone. I tried to create a sync folder on the desktop then sync to the phone; when I try to select the folder DCIM it says the selected folder is already added, referring to the camera backup function I'd imagine. Is there any way to get this functionality back, I'm using version 2.1.0 (327) on a S2 and 2.2.7 (160) on the desktop.
  5. I've tried greenify and it seems to just corrupt it, the icon looks broken after it tries to close it. I end up just closing it manualy, the only alternitive I can think of is restarting the phone as an exit task. Can this thread get moved to 'feature requests'.
  6. I've read a few post about ways to find this informaition that don't seem to work anymore with version 2. We have a percentage and speed, what would be useful is knowing the amount of Gb to be transfered, that way I would know if I can safely leave my metered connection on or if I need to wait for the next month for my data to reset. This would probobly only work when connected to peers, if I had three share points with 3, 4 and 5Gb; when the 3 is connected to the 4 it would say 3/4Gb and when the 5 connects it would change to 3/5Gb.
  7. Not really sure if I'm allowed to bump a thread this old...This is the exact feature I'm looking for; When I make a new folder in a synced 'tree?' it will immediately start syncing and freeze explorer so I cannot type a name for the folder, if I wait for BTSync to finish it works. I have started to pause sync before I make any changes. If there was a customizable delay that would solve this problem.
  8. I've been running 1.4 for a while, 2.0 had come out but it kept saying it was up to date. I manualy updated it on my desktop and laptop, seemed to work ok so I updated my tablet and connected to the net to update my files; there was less than 1 GB of changes that needed to update so I left it. I then get a text saying I'm at 95% of my data, thats over 5GB! I disconnect the tablet and look at the logs and it's downloading every folder that's synced between the desktop and laptop instead of the one folder that I had on the tablet. Also it's syncing the .!sync files that the tablet makes back to the desktop for some reason. So I left everything paused only to come home today to another text saying I've used $20 in data. Since the tablet was disconnected the only other device that uses the same data is the phone and 1.4 was running, I sure hope it wasn't syncing all the folders to the phone; cause that would be very expensive. I'm not looking forward to tomorrow when I find out the total cost of using this software. Looks like it's syncing everything twice, I have the main folder synced between the laptop and desktop, and specific sub-folders synced to each device. Now all the sub-folders are syncing to *User\BitTorrent Sync\ duplicating them on each device!
