I have a Bittorrent Sync setup on an Amazon EC2 Linux machine. I already had listening_port fixed (8086) and allowed incoming connection on that port (UDP), all outgoing connections are allowed. This peer keeps offline. But as soon as I ssh into the server (without any SSH port forwarding), it goes online and sync keeps up. Why does this happen?
