  1. Hello, I'm a fan of Resilio Sync and evangelize it often, as the best tool for syncing files without sticking them on a huge server owned by some evil corporation. I couldn't help notice that the Mac version of Resilio Sync is still compiled only for Intel, and not a universal app (supporting the new M1 Mac chips). It'd be excellent for you guys to compile the app for M1, since that's the future of Macs, and already most of your users will be on M1 exclusively. It should literally be a simple job of recompiling and a little testing.
  2. So recently I discovered FileBrowser, which lets me set up and browse files on Macs and PCs on my network via my iPad. I found I can go into my main video watching folder and easily click on videos, which streams them to VLC or Infuse (or other apps). It's much better than my old method, which was using Plex, which has some UI and streaming issues. (See screenshot to see how it works in FileBrowser) Wait a minute, I thought, I could probably do the same with Resilio Sync. So I downloaded the program to my iPad and set up the shared folder. I can copy over complete files, which is fine, but I can't then stream them from the external apps. I can laboriously download a video, then laboriously copy it to a video app like Infuse. This will, I believe, end up with me having two downloaded copies of the video on my iPad, versus zero downloaded copies with the FileBrowser method. So I'd like to see Resilio for iOS learn to "download and stream" (or even just stream without downloading anything locally), in the future. Thanks.
  3. I am setting up Bittorrent Sync Version 2.0.120 (2.0.120) on a new machine and found two bugs. a) After I've (mistakenly) linked a folder, I want to de-link it and re-link it from a new location. I started out with a folder system like this Shared Folders/Anime Share: But I decided I wanted to rename Shared Folders as BTSync. I made this change in Finder, but BittTorrent Sync did not "see" the renamed file path, insisting that it was still named Shared Folders. I need to quit and re-load the program for it to see the changed filename. If I go to fix my links, choosing unlink, then link, then Change to choose my folder path, then I drag folder BTSync/Biodio into the dialogue box, the final link always ends up as /Users/pp/Documents/BTSync/BioDio/BioDio (in order words, it doubles the folder at the end). I can manually fix this but it's a frustrating bug that could result in lame folder hierarchies that people dislike.
