  1. The previous setup: "Folder A" is located on a fileserver "Folder B" is located on a computer Both are on the same LAN The contents of each folder sync between each other, but the folders have different names. The folders were copied before being added to BTSync, and when they were added, they indexed, and since the files were identical, didn't actually do any syncing until changes were made. After upgrading to Sync 2.0, I decided to turn my 1.4 folders into 2.0 folders by removing them from Sync and re-adding them. I want it to be just like before. Folders with different names where the contents sync, and the files do not have to sync initially, because they're all already in both places. On the fileserver, I added the folder to sync. It indexed it. My expectation was that it would show up in Sync on my other computer, since they're both using the same username and fingerprint. Both computers show up in "my devices". But on the computer, it says "no folders". Is the expectation that synced folders from one device will show up in that list on another device attached to same identity incorrect? I also tried adding the folder on the computer by using a share link, but when I point it to the folder, it seems to want to overwrite the existing data there when syncing. Will it index and only sync necessary files? If there are extra files there will it add them to the folder on the fileserver? EDIT: I tried making a test folder with text files to test the behavior. "New Folder" on fileserver with files 1, 2, and 3 was synced, and shared to computer. I chose the path the "New Folderz", containing files 1, 2, and 4, and it pops up warning me that it contains files that may be overwritten. When I click "OK" it pops right back up with the same message again, endlessly.
