I have a folder that I want to set as a master and I don't want any peers to be able to modify any existing files in that folder. However I would like the master to receive any new files that the peers possess. I want my master to be a repository that peers can contribute to. Once any new files are received by the master, I want to be able to modify them if needed and distribute back out to others. Is something like this possible?
