Hello,

 

i want to block outgoing connections for all programs except browser, thunderbird and bittorrent sync.

Firefox and thunderbird are working fine with an exception in the windows firewall but bittorrent sync never finds other computers if i configure the windows firewall to block outgoing connections. i already created an exception for "C:\ProgramData\BitTorrent Sync Service\BTSync.exe" (installed as service) but bittorrent still doesn't find any oher computer.
