    Thanks for the reply. I was able to return it. Re-purposing an older server and using FreeNAS for now.

    Just bought WD MyCloud EX2 and realized it is the new Ultra version (WDBVBZ0000NCH-00). I tried installing the EX2 version of btsync but I get "Failed to install app. Please check the network connection and try again." Should the EX2 version of btsync work with the EX2 Ultra? If not, will updates to btsync incorporate EX2 Ultra support. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks
