What is ShellExtIO.log? Can't delete it

I have the file on my computer, and I went to there location you have stated and found no dll files. Windows still does not let me delete the .log files. I checked regedit to make sure there was no dll files logged, and the only thing I have is !BTSync2.3.3RW Would really like to delete this insanely huge log file.
