  1. Some macOS users, including myself, have been experiencing real high CPU (90-100%) usage.
  2. I am running Resilio Sync on my MacBook Pro (Retina, 13", Ende 2013, macOS Sierra (10.12.6)). Since I have upgraded from 2.5.6 to 2.5.7 I have been experiencing around 90-100 percent CPU usage by Resilio Sync.
  3. As far as I know, it's specifying the path for any single file download. That's a new feature introduced in 2.5. Take a look at this article https://help.resilio.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000401010-Sharing-files-
  4. Take a look at this article https://help.resilio.com/hc/en-us/articles/205458095-Selective-Sync
  5. You may download any Resilio version from this page https://forum.resilio.com/tags/build/
  6. Please read on. The debug.txt just enables debug logging. Later on the the articles states "Log files are named "sync.log" and "sync.log.<some number>.zip": ..."
  7. I was able to reproduce your conflict. It indeed is greyed out now and it is not possible to enter the Photos Library.photoslibrary folder within the Resilio Sync folder selection view.
  8. This guide https://help.resilio.com/hc/en-us/articles/206664730-Collecting-debug-logs- gives you instructions on how to collect and submit your log files.
  9. The following enterprise plans include server operating systems like the Windows Server family and all Linux x64 and x86 arch. Sync Business with Server Support - at this moment an up to 5 users plan costs around 50€/month Sync Business Accelerator - inc. WAN optimisation
  10. Resilio Sync does not require an always on peer to act as a master.
  11. If you want to uninstall Resilio Sync follow this guide https://help.resilio.com/hc/en-us/articles/204775029-How-to-uninstall-Sync-
  12. Take a look at this article Ignoring Files In Sync (Ignore List)
  13. Since macOS Sierra, your Desktop and Documents directories may get synced with iCould. I would be careful using two different sync applications in the same directory.
  14. One of my peers got stuck syncing com.apple.ResourceFork too. Any ideas how to get rid of this? Are there any logs which could point me to this file's location? I have indeed updated my StreamsList.txt file a while ago. # StreamsList is a UTF-8 encoded .txt file that helps you specify alternate streams, # xattrs and resource forks white list. It supports "?" and "*" wildcard symbols. # # # com.apple.metadata:_kMDItemUserTags com.apple.ResourceFork com.apple.metadata:kMDItemFinderComment But this one com.apple.ResourceFork won't vanish. I am the only RW Peer, all others are just Read-Only.
  15. At least at macOS and Linux, you have to pay attention to folders and files containing " " (spaces). At this example you have type cd Test\ Folder/ into your terminal to enter the Test Folder.
