    I updated BitTorrent Sync x64 2.3.7 to Resilio Sync x64 2.4.0.666 (desktop and laptop; Windows 10 x64 with all updates on both) today and after that there are not working .sync\IgnoreList files in all folders any more. Now it synchronize folders from .sync\IgnoreList files. It ignores .sync\IgnoreList files!
