there's no "Sync to this device" option in the right click menu. i know there's the option on the other computers, but not this one. is there any way to restore it?

when i'm using slective sync in windows client, i have to double-click the rsls file to sync, by which it will also open the file. how can i just sync files i need without open them? i can do it easily from web ui with clicking the sync button. but i don't find the sync button in windows client. thanks.
