  1. I guess my question is if it is typical for Resilio Sync to have the ports closed. If this is common for people out there when trying to share files over the internet. I have it linked to so many devices, phones, etc. I would think that it should at least be able to connect to one of them. I checked my firewall in the control panel of Windows, and Resilio sync was allowed there. As well as in the firewall setting of my mother's computer. I can also connect to my other devices over my phone when using data. The only problem is when trying to connect with others.
  2. I remember checking with my mother to see if the Firewall allowed Resilio Sync to communicate with the internet, and it did. But yeah, that link seems a little complicated. Are these ports closed by default?
  3. I'm having a very frustrating problem. I bought the Pro version, and that's working well with my devices. I installed Resilio Sync on my cousin's computer to share some files. But the devices only see each other when I go over to her house and connect my phone to her Wifi. The same with her son's phone and a different folder. That's one. Number Two. My mother lives on a different state, and over the phone we created a folder and linked it. Same problem, nothing. The settings seems to be fine. "Use relay servers when required," that's checked. "Use tracker server" checked. And I tried checking and unchecking "Search LAN."
