Issue fixed by entering Microsoft account password (account type is local administrator, never linked to a Microsoft account).

Issue summary : installer rejects account credentials. Platform : Windows 10 Pro 64 bits (build 10586.839). Details : choosing 'Install Resilio Sync as a Windows service' triggers the 'Configer Resilio Sync Service' prompt. Valid credentials are rejected.
