Hello, I'm having troubles getting Sync to open through my QNAP GUI. Have tried many times over the last 6 months to year and just given up, but I need to add/remove folders now so I have to make it work. When I click "open" in the App area on my QNAP, it comes back with "<domain name> took too long to open" I have a QNAP 421 running firmware 4.2.4. Any ideas?
