  1. I know this is an older thread, but I actually had the same exact issue. We have 3x Synology units, and maybe 6x Windows boxes, all were running 1375 (2.7.2) and they never actually finished indexing or syncing (hard to tell which - there was hard drive activity and files being sent, but at the end of the day it would still think there was 2TB of files needed to be synced). I removed the share, deleted the .sync folders, etc etc, but after maybe a week of battling this, moving back down to 2.7.0 fixed it in less than 12 hours (all files needed re-indexing across all machines, but after that - perfect).
  2. Can someone explain the preference " max_file_size_for_versioning "? I see the two articles in the FAQ related to it, I'm just not sure I understand the command. Is it saying anything larger than the value will NOT be archived? Or the entire file will be copied over, not a differential backup? Specifically, we swap around a lot of Photoshop files, averaging 4GB a piece. Ideally I want to avoid our "home" NAS sending entire 4gb PSB files to the satellites everytime the file is saved at home and vice versa. We've been having some syncing issues lately (working with the wonderful support staff on), but in my sync queue right now are maybe 15 different versions of the same PSB file, which I'm hoping is a mistake and it doesn't actually send all 15 versions I like versioning, just want to make sure we're set up for maximum efficiency.
