filezilla for mac might give you something close. Drag-and-drop placement depending on if you get it set up right. otherwise, kill the btsync process and cp the executable over.

If you're controlling from a windows machine, winscp might be a bit more comfortable for you.

You should be able to just replace the binary the package installed with the correct one for the architecture of your synology. uname -a from a command shell will help you get the information about what platform to go for.

This is a package provided by a third party. The package you want to replace your existing binary with is the ARM version.

x86_64 linux version won't work on arm based devices. There is a dedicated arm version.
