I'm trying to download Resilio for Mac, and nothing downloads. Is it just me?

Did you manage to get higher speeds? I can get to 2mb but get over 7mb if I use Filezilla over the same connection. A port test shows the port open if I hit the local network, but closed if I use the public IP. Mikrotik is showing the UPnP connections so I'm not sure what's going on.
