As a side note, I want to run these in Read & Write eventually... but was doing Read Only initially because I didn't want it to copy over the files I deleted from A this week, back from B when I ran it initially.

I may be misunderstanding the nature of how the sync works, but here is my problem: Two Mac computers, A and B. 1 week ago i manually copied the contents of a large multi-layer folder from computer A to computer B, since then I deleted some files off of A. I setup Sync today with A as the master, and B as a read only client. Ran it today for the first time, it copied over all new content from A to B, but the files I had deleted on A, did not delete in the existing folders on B. Is this normal behavior, am I missing a setting? I have archiving off, and overwrite changed files on. (Possibly of note, this folder was connected on sync a few months back to a diff computer, and the previous .sync folder still exists on the Read Only client, could that be interfering??)
