The biggest db file is 617MB. Is there way to speed the startup process? The system is practically unusable while Sync is loading.

Whenever I restart my system (Win10 Pro Thinkpad), Sync takes over 20 minutes to load the sync folder list. I've got 11 shared folders. The three biggest are: 1) 245GB, 204000 files in 4700 folders 2) 105GB, 26000 Files in 1100 folders 3) 15GB, 8600 files in 220 folders Any suggestions for how to improve the startup time? While loading Sync takes up most of my disk usage.
