[How to reach the web interface on Synology?]

I just built myself a new computer and I'm trying to setup the sync again. However I don't know how to reach the web interface on the synology. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the latest version for my Synology NAS, but then nothing happens.

I don't know how to reach step 3: "Create a user name and password to protect the Sync web user interface "

I tried [my NAS ip]:8890/gui without success.

I've no idea if this thread is actively updated, but Resilio works fine on a Synology DS118 single bay NAS. Been using it for a month.

[Moving files/folders require complete resync?]

This might be a stupid question, but I just moved a large synced folder to a different location inside the same synced folder, only to realize the NAS started resyncing for hours. I was hoping the NAS could also perform a "move" action. Can this be accomplished, or does it have to resync from scratch when doing move operations?

I'm using a Synology NAS if it matters (single drive - no raid).
