  1. Setup is: Synology NAS with latest version of Resilio. 8 clients on desktops inside and outside the office and a few tablets in the mix all on latest version. A few desktop clients have selective sync enabled. We are noticing A LOT of RSLS files being created on the desktops when wanting to delete files which is normal (I believe) operation with selective sync but when moving files to another folder the files/folders are remaining in the original path as well as in the new path. It's confusing and muddying up our data. Not sure if this is a bug or we just don't know how to use selective sync properly. What's strange is even the desktop clients with selective sync OFF are seeing all the duplicates. Does this sound like normal operation with selective sync or has anyone else had similar issues? Thanks for any feedback.
  2. I received this back from resilio email support. Not really want I wanted to hear. Why am I having to do this now when I never have before ? >>Hello, >> >>You need to stop Sync and add this line: "force_https": true >>into the sync.conf file. >> >>Best regards, >>Anna
  3. I updated resilio on my SYNOLOGY NAS from version 2.6.2 to 2.6.3. After the update I get a SSL ERROR message when trying to access the gui on port 28888. I have STOPPED and STARTED the service and then restarted the DISK STATION. Anyone else ran into this ? Secure Connection Failed An error occurred during a connection to 192.168.1.250:28888. SSL received a record that exceeded the maximum permissible length. Error code: SSL_ERROR_RX_RECORD_TOO_LONG
  4. Is purchasing multiple “Sync Home Family Pro" plans the same as purchasing multiple "Sync Home Pro" plans? So I am asking if two “Sync Home Family Pro" plans is the same as purchasing 10 "Sync Home Pro" plans? Also why can't I purchase more than 1 "Sync Home Pro" or "Sync Home Family Pro" plans during checkout? I have 10 users I want to setup with "Sync Home Pro" however with this MARCH50SALE I am wondering if I should buy two "Sync Home Family Pro" licenses instead of the 10 "Sync Home Pro" as its much cheaper. Thanks
  5. I'm reaching out to see if anyone has came across a issue where all peers are unable to move/rename/update EXCEL files due to locking. Our setup is a NAS that has a paid license with 10 peers using the Home version. Everyone including the NAS is using the latest version. All peers are cannot create rename/update EXCEL files but other file types are okay and a message that the file is locked pops up. One peer has 99 errors but after exiting resilio and restart it seems to have gone away. I have not had any issues with Resilio until now and have been using this exact setup for over two years with 50+ GB of data syncing across peers. I did download process monitor and found a OPLOCK NOT GRANTED on a CREATEFILE operation. Attached is an example of what happens when I create a new EXCEL file in the folder. Other files PDF, TXT, etc... sync normally. [UPDATE] Malwarebytes was causing the issue on the latest update Malwarebytes version: 3.4.4.2398 Component package version: 1.0.322 Update package version: 1.0.4250
