    Ок. I found the problem. App was installed on SD card. I moved it to phones internal memory and now it works.

    "Can’t open the folder" error ("Невозможно открыть папку" in Russian) Every time I reboot my android phone. And I need every time to choose the folder when start sync. (Folder located on SD card. Huawei p8)
