Hello, I bought a Synology DS216 play. I installed BTsync in the package centre. It is downloading and installing. When I press the button "Run", I get a message: Failed to run the package service. I am familiar with btsync on a Windows device, I am not at all familiar with my NAS and the OS. DSM 6.2 Logged in as Admin Please advise
