Hi, I am using Sync 18.104.22.168 on a Synology NAS DS215j DSM version DSM 6.2.2-24922 Update 4. I am unable to access the Sync App on the NAS. Neither can I open the GUI (browser does receive data, but then shows only white page). Nor can does Resilo client on my Laptop (Mac) report to find its NAS counterpart. On the NAS, Sync is running. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app on the NAS does help. But after some time, the same problem occurs. Please help. Best, Stefan
I want to use Sync 2.6.3 to backup my emails on Mac OS 10.14. To do so, I try to add the ~/Library/Mail to the folders list aiming to share a read only Sync Code with my NAS. But when I press + Standard folder, I get an error "Don't have permissions to write to selected folder”. However the Snyc process is owned by my own user account, and I do have all rw permissions on this folder. What to do? Please help.
My Synology NAS 215j cannot sleep with Resilio Sync (Version 2.6) running. Does sleep when Resilio is off. I did change advanced parameters as suggested here https://help.resilio.com/hc/en-us/articles/205449995-Sync-prevents-HDD-from-sleeping-on-NAS-Logging and UPNP port mapping are off I also placed a debug.file containing "00000000" in the storage folder. Does not help. Problem persists when NAS is disconnected from LAN. Please help
