Turn_it_off_and_on_again

I'm sending files offsite to a read only peer. On the primary node files get created and then deleted. However on the read only peer the files get created and no deletion occurs when the primary node removed files from it's share. How do I enable this functionality so that both folders have the same content?

I am testing out Resilio Sync Business, and I was wondering if there is any way to prioritize file transfers based on attributes? For instance newest vs oldest first or larger vs smaller first. Any chance this functionality exists?
