Reinstalling without clearing settings seems to have fixed the problem

Recently I've not been able to sync files onto my pc from other pcs. Ive restarted sync multiple times but it still does not work. All it says is that it cant sync because no source peers are online, except they are. I also tried forcing an update but it just says "Unable to contact Resilio Sync update server." On my phone i can see all the files with no problem, everything is synced as it should be so i dont think my network is blocking anything. Any ideas? TIA
