    Looking to buy Family pack, missed the Black Friday promo last year and was holding off until this year. It seems that since November last year the twitter account https://twitter.com/ResilioInc has not tweeted anything

    It’s been 2 months since sending a support request and receiving confirmation of reception. Can anyone confirm that they have received a response (not auto reply) on a support request lately?
