    Thanks all - this was driving me nuts all day. Using a Raspberry Pi Zero W with a 3TB USB drive plugged in. Nothing syncing at all, but changed the "disk_min_free_space" option from "0.0" to "0.125" and all of a sudden it's kicked into life. Magic.
