Similar problem here. Los Angeles with 1GB down / 40MB up connected to peers in Germany that are 100MB down / up and never get better than 1MB download through resilio.... ~1% of the capable bandwidth of the slowest peer. Am I doing something wrong? Please help, this is a big problem
