After successfully setup resilio to sync camera roll on iphone and my nas, the sync is smooth and done. But after I free up the storage of synced photos, the app on the iphone side is stuck at connecting status with a lot of new files to sync. The number of new files are the same as the photo files I have freed up. Turning on Overwrite any changed file in the NAS does not help.

I have the exactly same issues after freeing up space of photos in ios.
